LOGGING IN
Enter the email address on your account and your password. This is separate from your cPanel login and from your website admin login; the three are unrelated.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Click "Forgot Password?", enter your email, and follow the link that arrives. If nothing arrives, check spam, then confirm you are using the email the account was registered with.
If your registered email is on a domain we host and that hosting is suspended, the reset cannot reach you. Open a ticket from any address explaining the situation, and we will verify you another way.
TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION
If enabled, you will be asked for a code from your authenticator app after your password. Keep the backup code somewhere safe.
TROUBLE LOGGING IN
Check you are at the correct address. Fraudulent lookalike sites exist; type the address rather than following a link from an email. Try a private browsing window, which rules out stale cookies. Repeated failures may trigger a temporary block. Wait, or contact us with your IP address.
