If you cannot get in, there is a route back, but it involves verification.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

Use "Forgot Password?" on the login page. The reset link goes to your registered email.

REGISTERED EMAIL NO LONGER WORKS

This is the difficult case, and it is most common when the registered address is on a domain we host that has been suspended or has expired.

Open a ticket from any address explaining the situation and naming the account and the services. We will verify your identity another way before making any change.

WHAT WE MAY ASK FOR

Confirmation of details only the account holder would know: recent invoice numbers, the original registration date, the payment method used, the services held Government-issued identification for higher-risk changes Evidence of entitlement where a business has changed hands

WHY IT IS NOT INSTANT

Account takeover by someone claiming to have lost access is a standard attack. The verification that frustrates you is the same verification that protects you.

PREVENTING THE PROBLEM

Keep your registered email on a domain we do not host, enable two-factor authentication, and store the backup code safely.
