Two different messages arrive after an order.

THE ORDER CONFIRMATION

Confirms what you ordered, the invoice number and the total. It does not mean the service is live yet.

THE WELCOME EMAIL

Sent once the service is provisioned. This is the important one. It contains:

cPanel username and password The cPanel login URL Your nameservers The server name A temporary URL for previewing the site FTP details

Save it. It is the document you will want repeatedly.

IF NEITHER ARRIVED

Check spam. Then check Services > My Services, which shows the status, and Account > Email History, which holds every automated message we sent with its full content.

IF ONLY THE ORDER CONFIRMATION ARRIVED

The service has not been provisioned yet. Check whether the invoice is paid and whether a verification request is waiting for a reply.

AFTER READING IT

Change the cPanel password, then point your domain at the nameservers it specifies. Do not use nameservers from any other source.
