WHY IT MATTERS
Notices of price changes and terms changes are given in advance specifically so you can decide before a renewal rather than after. Continuing to use the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance, so reading them is worth a minute.
Maintenance notices let you avoid scheduling a launch or a campaign into a window where a reboot is planned.
NOTIFICATIONS
Announcements are emailed to the address on your account. If you are not receiving them, check spam, check the address under Account > Edit Account Details, and check Account > Email History to see what was actually sent.
