What to expect, and what makes a difference.

WHAT AFFECTS SPEED

The department. Technical issues go to the technical queue; billing questions to billing. A misfiled ticket waits to be routed. The completeness of your first message. A ticket that includes the domain, the exact error, the timing and what you tried is diagnosed on the first reply. A ticket saying "site down" costs a full round trip before anything starts. Whether we are waiting on you. Tickets marked Customer Reply Required do not move until you respond, and this accounts for most tickets that appear stalled. Severity. A server-level outage is handled ahead of a configuration question.

WHAT DOES NOT HELP

Opening duplicate tickets, which splits the history and adds queue volume. Marking everything urgent, which makes the marker meaningless when something genuinely is.

WHAT DOES HELP

Stating real impact plainly: a business offline, orders being lost, a deadline today.

Replying promptly when we ask for something. Keeping one issue per ticket.

CHECKING STATUS

Support > Tickets shows the current status of every ticket, including whether it is waiting on you.
