WHAT NOT TO DO

Do not open several tickets about the same issue. It slows the queue for everyone, including you. Reply in the existing ticket instead. Do not email from an address not on the account. We cannot discuss account details with an unverified sender. Do not send passwords in a ticket unless we specifically ask. If credentials are needed, we will tell you how to provide them.
