We move your existing site to us at no charge. For anything business-critical, use this rather than doing it yourself.
HOW TO REQUEST
Open a ticket titled Migration Request containing:
Your current host's cPanel username and password, or FTP details plus database credentials, or a full backup The domain or domains involved Which email mailboxes need to come across Any preferred timing
Send credentials through the ticket, never by ordinary email or messaging apps.
WHAT HAPPENS
- We copy files, databases and email to your new account.
- We test that the site loads correctly here before anything public changes.
- We tell you when to switch nameservers, or switch them for you if the domain is with us.
- You verify the site and email.
- You cancel the old hosting after a week.
LIMITS
Very large accounts, or sites on proprietary control panels, may need extra work or may not be fully transferable. We will tell you honestly what is possible before starting.
THE ONE RULE
Do not cancel your old hosting until the migration is verified and DNS has fully propagated.
