Domains > My Domains is separate from hosting and needs its own attention.

WHAT YOU SEE

Each domain with its registration and expiry dates, status, and whether auto-renewal is on.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Change nameservers View and change the registrar lock Request the EPP or authorisation code for a transfer out Update registrant contact details Enable or disable ID protection where the extension supports it Enable auto-renewal Manage DNS records where we host the DNS

THE MOST IMPORTANT SETTING

Auto-renewal. An expired domain takes your website and email offline even though hosting is untouched, and recovery after expiry is expensive and sometimes impossible. Turn it on and keep a valid card on file.

REGISTRANT CONTACT DETAILS

These are held at the registry and are separate from your Client Area profile. Registry expiry notices go here. Keep the email address current and reachable.

REGISTRAR LOCK

Leave it on. It prevents unauthorised transfers. Turn it off only when you are deliberately transferring the domain away.
