Services > My Services is the control point for everything recurring.

WHAT YOU SEE

Each service with its product name, the domain it relates to, the recurring amount, the next due date and the status: Active, Suspended, Cancelled or Pending.

The recurring amount shown is what will be invoiced next. If you bought at a promotional price, this is where you discover the standard rate before the invoice arrives.

CLICKING A SERVICE

From the service page you can: Log in to cPanel with one click, without needing the password View your package limits, disk and bandwidth usage Upgrade or downgrade the plan Order add-ons Change the password Request cancellation View related invoices

FILTERING

The list can be filtered by status. If a service appears to be missing, check whether the filter is hiding cancelled or suspended items.

IF A SERVICE SHOWS PENDING

It has been ordered but not yet provisioned, usually because payment has not confirmed or an order is under review. If it stays pending for more than a couple of hours after payment cleared, open a ticket with the invoice number.
