We will sometimes ask you to prove who you are before acting. Here is why and what to expect.

WHEN IT HAPPENS

Password or email address changes Domain registrant changes or transfers out Account ownership transfers Requests made from an address not on the account High-value orders flagged by automated checks Requests to remove two-factor authentication

WHAT WE MAY ASK FOR

A reply from the registered email address Details only the account holder would know Government-issued identification for high-risk changes Evidence relating to the payment method

HOW TO MAKE IT FAST

Open tickets from inside the Client Area, which identifies you automatically Keep your contact details current Enable two-factor authentication, which gives us a stronger signal Provide exactly what was asked for rather than something similar

IF IT IS GENUINELY URGENT

Say so in the ticket and we will prioritise the review. What we will not do is skip it. The customers who most need this protection are the ones who never find out it was there.

We do not ask for passwords as part of verification. Anyone who does is not us.
