Diagnosing commercial failure.

ESTABLISH THE ACTUAL PROBLEM

Is anyone visiting? Check analytics. If not, it is a visibility problem: search, or promotion, or both. If yes, it is a conversion problem: the site is not persuading or not asking.

These need entirely different responses.

IF NOBODY IS VISITING

Is the site indexed? Search for your domain. Does it rank for anything? Check Search Console. Are you promoting it anywhere? Have you given it time? Search visibility takes months.

IF PEOPLE ARE VISITING AND NOT ACTING

Is there a clear next step on every page? Are your contact details visible? Does the site answer the questions that come before a decision? Is pricing information available? Does the form work? Is it slow, or hard to read?

THE MOST COMMON CAUSES

A broken form No phone number No clear call to action Slow loading No pricing information

CHECK THOSE FIRST

Each takes minutes to verify and any one of them can account for the whole problem.
