Products exist in admin but customers cannot find them.
CHECK THESE
- Is the product published, not draft or private?
- Is its catalogue visibility set to visible, rather than hidden? This is on the Publish box, and is easy to set accidentally.
- Is it out of stock, with out-of-stock items hidden in your settings?
- Is it assigned to a category, if customers are browsing by category?
- Is the shop page set correctly under WooCommerce > Settings > Products?
- Is a cached page showing an older version? Purge and retest.
FOR VARIABLE PRODUCTS
A variable product with no priced variations may appear but cannot be bought. Check every variation has a price.
IF NOTHING SHOWS AT ALL
Re-save permalinks under Settings > Permalinks, which regenerates the rewrite rules. This fixes shop and product pages returning 404 after a migration.
Check the shop page has not been deleted or reassigned.
AFTER BULK IMPORTS
Run a spot check. Imports frequently leave products as draft, or without a category, or with visibility not set.
