Order emails carry your brand more often than your homepage does.

WHAT YOU CAN CHANGE WITHOUT CODE

WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Email sender options and Email template:

Header image, where you can add your logo Base colour, which sets the header Background and text colours Footer text, where you should put your contact details and returns policy

Each email's subject and heading can be edited individually.

WHAT TO PUT IN THE FOOTER

How to contact you, your returns policy in one line, and your business name. Customers reply to these emails when something is wrong.

IMAGES

Keep the header image small and hosted on your own site. Large logos get stripped or slow the email.

GOING FURTHER

Templates can be overridden in a child theme for full control. Do this only if you genuinely need it; a customised template must be maintained when WooCommerce updates.

TESTING

Send a test to Gmail, Outlook and a phone. Email clients render very differently, and a template that looks right on a desktop can be unreadable on a phone.
