FOR NIGERIAN STORES
Paystack and Flutterwave are the usual choices. Both support Nigerian cards, bank transfer and USSD, settle to Nigerian bank accounts, and have maintained WooCommerce plugins.
International gateways frequently do not support NGN settlement, or reject Nigerian cards, which makes them the wrong choice for a domestic shop.
OFFLINE METHODS
Bank transfer and cash on delivery are supported by WooCommerce out of the box. Both are legitimate and widely used locally, but both require you to confirm payment manually before dispatch.
A PRACTICAL APPROACH
Enable one online gateway and bank transfer. Between them you cover almost every customer. Add more only if you see a genuine gap.
Test every method with a real transaction before launch.
