cPanel includes a mailing list feature. It has real limits.

WHAT IT DOES

Creates a list address that distributes to subscribers, with subscription management and archives.

WHERE IT IS

cPanel > Mailing Lists.

WHAT IT IS SUITABLE FOR

A small internal list, such as a team announcement address A community list with modest membership

WHAT IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR

Marketing newsletters. Shared hosting sending limits will interrupt a campaign partway through, there is no bounce handling, no engagement reporting, and one complaint-heavy send damages the sending reputation of every account on the server.

USE A PROPER PROVIDER INSTEAD

SendGrid, Brevo, Mailgun or a marketing platform. Most have free tiers adequate for a small list, and they handle unsubscribes, bounces and deliverability properly.

IF YOU DO USE THE BUILT-IN LIST

Keep it small, keep it to people who asked to be on it, and watch the sending limits.

Set moderation so a subscriber cannot post to everyone unchecked.
