When filtering is not enough.
ADD THEM TO THE BLACKLIST
cPanel > Spam Filters > Additional Configurations > Blacklist. Add the address or the whole domain. Mail from them is then rejected.
CREATE A FILTER
cPanel > Email Filters. Build a rule matching the sender, the subject, or a phrase in the body, and discard or move it.
This is more flexible than the blacklist, because you can match on content rather than only the sender.
WHY THE SENDER KEEPS CHANGING
Spammers rotate addresses and domains constantly. Blocking one address rarely stops the flow. Matching a phrase in the subject or body often works better.
DO NOT REPLY OR UNSUBSCRIBE
Replying to genuine spam, or clicking its unsubscribe link, confirms the address is live and usually increases the volume. Legitimate marketing is different: unsubscribing there works and is worth doing.
IF IT IS TARGETED
Repeated abusive or threatening mail is a different matter. Keep the messages with full headers, and take appropriate advice. Open a ticket if mail is being sent from an account on our network.
