How many points do I earn per naira spent? Check your Rewards dashboard. The rate is set by ZillionKingHost and can be increased or decreased as the company issues updates, so we do not publish a figure here that would go stale.
What earns rewards? Qualifying activity as shown on your dashboard, typically payments for services.
Do domains earn? Check your dashboard. Domains are often treated differently from hosting because registry fees leave little margin.
Do renewals earn? Check your dashboard. This is the most important question for a settled customer.
Do rewards expire? Check your dashboard. Where expiry applies, redeem rather than accumulate.
What is the minimum redemption? Shown on your dashboard, and it can change.
Can I withdraw rewards as cash? Typically no. They redeem as credit against our services.
Can I choose which invoice credit applies to? Normally it applies in order. Ask before redeeming if it matters.
What if an order is refunded? The rewards it generated are reversed.
Why did my balance change without my doing anything? Usually a rate change, a reversal or an expiry. Check the history, then the dashboard.
