WHEN THEY ARE CREDITED
Usually at the point a qualifying invoice is paid. Where a holding period applies, they appear as pending first and clear afterwards.
WHERE TO SEE YOUR RATE
Client Area > Rewards. Your dashboard shows the current earning rate, which may differ between products.
RATES CHANGE
Point allocation is set by ZillionKingHost and can be increased or decreased as the company issues updates to the programme. A rate you saw six months ago, or one a colleague quoted, may no longer apply.
Always check the dashboard before planning around a figure. It reflects what is currently in force; nothing else does.
THE PRACTICAL POINT
You do not need to change your behaviour to earn. Rewards accrue on spending you were making anyway.
