One person or business should hold one Client Area account.
WHY
Services split across accounts earn separately, which may leave both balances below the redemption minimum. Tier standing, where tiers exist, is measured per account. Split spending may leave you below thresholds you would otherwise meet. Managing renewals and invoices across two accounts is unnecessarily awkward. Creating additional accounts to claim referral rewards on your own orders breaches the rules.
IF YOU HAVE ENDED UP WITH TWO
It happens easily: one created during a first order while logged out, another later. Open a ticket and ask about consolidating them.
Raising it yourself is straightforward. Having it discovered later, particularly where referral rewards are involved, is not.
IF YOU GENUINELY NEED SEPARATE ACCOUNTS
For example, distinct legal entities with separate billing. That is legitimate. Each participates separately, and neither benefits from the other's activity.
CONSEQUENCES OF ABUSE
Forfeiture of balances across the accounts involved, and removal from the programme.
