HOW IT WORKS
Redeem your balance, which becomes account credit. When you place a new order, the resulting invoice has available credit applied automatically, reducing or clearing the amount due.
WHAT TO CHECK
That your balance meets the minimum redemption threshold That the credit is showing on your account before you complete the order Whether the amount settled with credit earns further rewards, which it typically does not
A PRACTICAL SEQUENCE
- Redeem the balance.
- Confirm the credit appears under Billing.
- Place the order.
- Check the invoice shows the credit applied before paying any remainder.
WHERE THIS IS USEFUL
Adding a second hosting package, an add-on, or a domain renewal you were going to buy anyway.
WHERE IT IS NOT
Buying something you do not need because you have a balance. A service you will not use costs more than the balance is worth, even if the balance covers it entirely.
Redeem against something you were already going to pay for.
