Using Rewards as Account Credit Print

Credit is the usual redemption route and the most practical for most customers.

HOW IT WORKS

Redeemed rewards become account credit. When an invoice is generated, available credit is applied automatically, reducing or clearing the amount due. Any remainder is payable as normal.

WHERE TO SEE IT

Your credit balance appears on the Client Area dashboard and under Billing.

WHAT TO KNOW

Credit is applied to invoices in order and cannot usually be directed at a specific one. If you need it applied to a particular invoice, ask before paying that invoice. Credit is generally not withdrawable as cash. Credit does not prevent suspension if an invoice remains only partly covered. Check the balance due, not just that credit exists.

THE PRACTICAL EFFECT

For a customer with hosting and a domain, accumulated rewards can meaningfully reduce or occasionally cover a renewal. That is the intended benefit.

A COMMON MISUNDERSTANDING

Credit on your account is not money held for you in the sense of a deposit you can withdraw. It is value redeemable against our services. Redeem it against services you actually want.
