Client Area > Rewards. Where your balance meets the current minimum, a redemption option appears. Follow it and confirm.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Typically account credit, applied automatically against your next invoice. Your dashboard shows which redemption options are currently available.
THE MINIMUM
Shown on your dashboard. It exists because processing very small redemptions costs more than the value involved. Balances below it accumulate until they qualify.
This figure is set by ZillionKingHost and may be increased or decreased as the company issues updates. If you are accumulating towards a threshold, check the dashboard periodically rather than assuming the figure you started with still applies.
WHEN TO REDEEM
Before a renewal, so the credit reduces the invoice you are about to receive.
AFTER REDEEMING
The credit appears on your account balance and applies automatically to the next invoice.
IF REDEMPTION FAILS
Check your balance against the current minimum on the dashboard. If it still fails, open a ticket with the amount and what you saw.
