Joining takes a minute and costs nothing.
HOW
- Log in to your Client Area.
- Open the Rewards section.
- Activate participation if prompted.
- Your balance and options appear immediately.
If the section is not visible, open a ticket and ask whether your account is eligible.
BEFORE YOU START
Look at your Rewards dashboard once so you know the current earning rates, what qualifies, whether rewards expire, and the minimum before redemption is possible.
Check your Client Area contact details are current, since programme notifications go to the address on your account.
Enable two-factor authentication under Account > Security Settings. A rewards balance is value, and the account also controls your services and domains.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Qualifying activity begins earning from the point you join. Rewards earned before joining are not normally backdated, so joining early costs nothing and avoids the question.
WHERE TO ASK
Open a ticket for anything the dashboard does not answer clearly.
