WHAT IT IS NOT
It is not a discount on the price you are quoted, and it is not a substitute for choosing the right plan. It is value returned on activity that was going to happen anyway.
WHERE THE NUMBERS COME FROM
Point values, earning rates and every associated figure are shown in your Rewards dashboard. They are set by ZillionKingHost and may be increased or decreased as the company issues updates, so the dashboard is the only current authority.
