Several places show it, and they can mean different things.
IN CPANEL
The right-hand statistics panel shows the Shared IP Address for your account, and a Dedicated IP Address if you hold one.
IN YOUR WELCOME EMAIL
The server IP is listed, along with the server name and nameservers.
IN THE CLIENT AREA
Services > My Services > click the package. The server details are shown there.
BY DNS LOOKUP
Looking up your domain's A record with any DNS tool returns the address your domain currently resolves to. If this differs from the address shown in cPanel, your DNS is pointing somewhere else, commonly at Cloudflare, or at an old host.
WHICH ONE MATTERS
For pointing DNS, the address in cPanel or your welcome email. For diagnosing why a site is not loading, compare the two. A mismatch is usually the answer.
NOT THE SAME THING
Your own visitor IP address, which is your internet connection's address and is what you supply when asking to be unblocked from the firewall.
