Three different things frequently confused in support conversations.
SERVER IP
The address of the machine hosting your account. Shown in cPanel and your welcome email. This is what your domain's A record should point at.
DOMAIN IP
The address your domain currently resolves to, according to DNS. Found with a DNS lookup. Ideally identical to the server IP, unless you use Cloudflare, in which case it will show Cloudflare's address instead.
VISITOR IP
The address of an internet connection used by a person browsing. Yours is shown by visiting a service such as whatismyip.com.
This is the one to supply when asking to be unblocked from the firewall, whitelisted for access, or investigated in logs.
WHY THE DISTINCTION MATTERS
"My IP is blocked" means your visitor IP, not your server IP. "Point the domain at your IP" means the server IP. "The site resolves to the wrong IP" means the domain IP does not match the server IP.
Saying which you mean removes a round trip from most tickets.
