You can order a new service at any time, but a previously terminated one is gone.
WHAT DOES NOT COME BACK
Terminated accounts and their data. Files, databases and mailboxes are deleted at termination and cannot be restored.
A new order creates a new, empty account.
IF YOU STILL HAVE A BACKUP
Order the new service, then upload your backup and restore it. Open a ticket if you need help with a full cPanel archive, since those are restored by us rather than by you.
IF YOU DO NOT
The site must be rebuilt. If it was a WordPress site and you have no backup, check whether an archive service holds old copies of your pages, which at least recovers the text.
YOUR DOMAIN
If the domain is still registered and unexpired, point it at the new account. If it lapsed, check its status urgently, as recovery becomes impossible once it is released.
BEFORE ORDERING AGAIN
If you left because something did not work, say so in a ticket. Ordering the same thing and expecting a different outcome helps neither of us, and we may be able to recommend something that actually fits.
