Migration from your previous host is free. Request it rather than doing it yourself for anything business-critical.
HOW TO REQUEST
Open a ticket titled Migration Request containing:
Your current host's cPanel username and password, or FTP details plus database credentials, or a full backup The domain or domains involved Which mailboxes need to come across Any preferred timing
Send credentials through the ticket, never by ordinary email or messaging apps.
WHAT HAPPENS
We copy files, databases and email, test the site here before anything public changes, and tell you when to switch nameservers.
WHAT IT DOES NOT COVER
Redesign or development work Fixing a site that was already broken Migrations from proprietary platforms that do not export
Those may be quoted separately as professional services.
TIMING
Allow a few days for scheduling, longer for multiple accounts. Tell us if there is a deadline.
THE ONE RULE
Do not cancel your old hosting until the migration is verified and DNS has propagated fully.
