Extra storage is available as an add-on where your plan supports it.

BEFORE ORDERING IT

Check where the space has actually gone. cPanel > Disk Usage shows a breakdown by folder, largest first.

The usual culprits are backup archives left on the server, caching plugin folders, old email including full trash folders, log files, abandoned installations and staging copies, and media libraries full of unoptimised images.

Frequently a cleanup recovers more than the add-on would provide, and costs nothing.

ALSO CHECK INODES

The file count limit is separate from the space limit, and many accounts hit it first. The statistics panel in cPanel shows it. Extra disk space does not raise the inode allowance.

IF YOU GENUINELY NEED MORE

Services > My Services > click the service > Addons, or open a ticket.

Consider whether an upgrade to a larger plan is better value than repeated add-ons. It usually raises inodes and other limits at the same time.

ASK FIRST

Open a ticket describing your usage. We will look at the figures with you and tell you whether cleanup, an add-on or an upgrade is the right answer.
