Automated fraud checks hold some orders before provisioning. It is routine.

COMMON TRIGGERS

The billing address does not match the payment method's registered address A first order of high value The IP address used is in a different country from the billing address, including VPN use Several orders placed in quick succession A disposable email address A payment method associated with problems elsewhere

None of these means we believe you have done something wrong. Fraudulent hosting orders are used to host phishing and malware, and stopping them protects every customer on the server.

WHAT WE MAY ASK FOR

Confirmation from the registered email address, and for higher-value orders identification or proof of the payment method.

RESOLVING IT QUICKLY

Reply through the ticket promptly with exactly what was requested Make sure your billing address matches your card Avoid ordering through a VPN Use a business or personal email address rather than a disposable one

If you believe an order was held in error, say so in the ticket and we will review it. Genuine orders are released quickly once verified.
