The sequence is predictable.
WITHIN MINUTES
Payment confirms, the account is provisioned, and the welcome email is sent. Services > My Services shows the service as Active.
YOUR FIRST STEPS
- Save the welcome email. It holds your cPanel credentials, your nameservers and your server name.
- Log in to cPanel and change the password.
- Point your domain at the nameservers shown for your account.
- While DNS propagates, build the site using the temporary URL or a hosts file entry.
- Once the domain resolves, run AutoSSL and enable Force HTTPS.
- Create your email accounts.
IF THE WELCOME EMAIL HAS NOT ARRIVED
Check spam. Then check Services > My Services. If the service shows Active, the account exists and you can reach cPanel from there regardless of the email.
IF THE SERVICE SHOWS PENDING
Payment has not confirmed, or the order is under review. Card payments clear in moments; bank transfers take longer. If it remains pending more than a couple of hours after payment confirmed, open a ticket with the invoice number.
