HOW IT WORKS
Add each product to the cart and check out once. You may receive a single invoice covering everything, or separate invoices depending on the products.
WHAT TO WATCH
Each service gets its own renewal date based on its billing cycle. Ordering together does not permanently align them, particularly where a domain renews annually and hosting renews monthly.
If you want everything falling on one date, open a ticket afterwards and ask about aligning them, which usually involves a short prorated adjustment.
ADDING TO AN EXISTING ACCOUNT
Log in before ordering. Ordering while logged out under a different email address splits your services across two accounts, which is awkward to merge.
CHECK BEFORE PAYING
That you have not duplicated anything, particularly a domain appearing both as a registration and a transfer That each item has the billing cycle you intended The total recurring amount, not just today's total
IF THE ORDER IS LARGE
Ask for a quote first through a Sales ticket. It gives you a document to check carefully before committing.
