Bank transfer works, but it is manual and therefore slower.
HOW
- Select bank transfer at checkout, or on the invoice.
- The account details are shown on the invoice.
- Make the transfer, using the invoice number as the reference.
- Open a ticket with the date, amount, reference and invoice number, attaching the confirmation if you have one.
WHY THE REFERENCE MATTERS
Without it, matching your payment to your invoice is manual detective work. With it, verification is quick.
TIMING
Allow for banking hours and clearing times. This is not the method to use when a service is hours from suspension or a domain is about to expire. Use a card or Paystack for anything urgent.
WHAT NOT TO DO
Do not pay a second time because the invoice still shows unpaid. Bank transfers are verified manually. Duplicates then have to be refunded or credited, which takes longer than waiting.
Do not transfer to account details copied from an old invoice without checking they are current.
AFTER VERIFICATION
The invoice is marked paid and the service is provisioned or reactivated.
