CARDS AND PAYSTACK
Confirm within moments and the service is provisioned automatically. Use these if you need the account quickly, or if a deadline is close.
BANK TRANSFER
Account details are shown when you select the method. Two things matter:
Quote the invoice number as the transfer reference. Payments without one take much longer to match. Send us the payment confirmation through a ticket: date, amount, reference and invoice number.
Bank transfers need manual verification, so do not use this method the day before a domain expires.
CURRENCY
Invoices are issued in the currency on your account. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. That charge is your bank's, not ours.
SAVING A METHOD
Saving a card enables auto-renewal, which is the main protection against an accidental lapse.
