HOW
Enter the code in the promotional code field on the cart or checkout page and apply it. The discount appears in the order summary. If it does not appear, it has not applied and you will be charged full price.
WHY A CODE MAY NOT WORK
It has expired It applies only to certain products or billing cycles It applies only to new orders, not renewals It is limited to first-time customers It has a minimum order value Its usage limit has been reached It was mistyped, including a trailing space from copying
AFTER ORDERING
Codes generally cannot be applied retrospectively. If you forgot one, open a ticket promptly. Sooner is considerably better than later.
RENEWALS
Most discounts apply to the initial term only. Check the recurring amount under Services > My Services to see what will actually be invoiced.
IF A CODE WE ADVERTISED WILL NOT APPLY
Open a ticket with the code, the product and a screenshot of the message. If it is our error we will honour it.
