HOW TO ASK
Open a ticket in the Sales department. Describe what you intend to run, roughly how much traffic you expect, and anything unusual about the setup.
WHAT WE WILL TELL YOU
Honestly whether a plan fits, including when a cheaper one is sufficient or when shared hosting is the wrong environment entirely. Selling you something that will not work creates a support problem for both of us.
WHAT WE CANNOT TELL YOU
Whether your business will succeed, or how your specific application will perform without seeing it. For unusual requirements, a short trial on a monthly cycle is often the practical answer.
