The information customers need.

WHAT TO INCLUDE

Where you deliver What it costs, per area How long it takes Dispatch cut-off times Whether tracking is provided What happens if delivery fails Self-collection details, if offered

WHY IT MATTERS

Delivery questions are the most common pre-purchase enquiry.

Answering them publicly removes the enquiry and the hesitation.

BE SPECIFIC

"Two to four working days within Lagos" beats "fast delivery".

STATE THE CUT-OFF

Orders after a certain time dispatch the next day.

Without that, customers expect midnight orders to ship immediately.

STATE WHAT YOU DO NOT DO

Areas you do not serve Items you cannot ship

Better stated than discovered after an order.

WHERE TO LINK IT

Product pages, cart, checkout, footer.

WHAT TO KEEP CURRENT

Rates and timescales, when your courier changes them.

An out-of-date delivery page produces complaints.
