If the recipient mailbox is full, submissions are rejected.
Set quotas and monitor them.
FOR DIFFERENT FORM TYPES
Route them differently: sales enquiries to sales, support to support.

FOR URGENT ENQUIRIES
Consider a second notification channel.
An email missed for a day may be a lost sale.
