Turning discussion into record.
FROM YOUR NOTES
"Here are my notes from a meeting: [paste]. Produce a summary covering: decisions made, actions with owners and dates, open questions, and anything to follow up."
FROM A TRANSCRIPT
"Summarise this meeting. List decisions, actions with owners, and unresolved matters. Do not record anything as decided that was only discussed."
That last constraint matters. Models readily convert "we should probably" into "it was agreed".
A FOLLOW-UP EMAIL
"Write an email to attendees confirming what was agreed and what each person is doing."
PREPARING FOR A MEETING
"Here is the agenda: [paste]. What should I prepare? What questions are likely?"
MINUTES FOR A FORMAL MEETING
"Produce formal minutes from these notes. Record attendance, decisions and actions. Neutral tone."
WHAT TO ALWAYS CHECK
Who agreed to what. Misattributed actions cause real problems.
