CHECK FIRST
cPanel statistics panel shows disk, inodes and bandwidth used against your allowances.
WHAT IS USUALLY CONSUMING SPACE
Old backup archives left on the account Mailboxes, particularly Trash and Junk Cache directories Uploaded media, especially video Old site copies
CLEAN UP BEFORE BUYING
cPanel > Disk Usage shows the largest directories.
Frequently a clean-up recovers more than an upgrade would provide, at no cost.
INODES
Check this too. Many small files exhaust the inode limit before the disk limit, and produce identical symptoms.
IF YOU GENUINELY NEED MORE
Client Area > Services > Upgrade, or open a ticket.
Upgrading to a larger plan is frequently better value than buying an add-on.
