The sequence.
FOR HOSTING
- You complete checkout
- An invoice is generated
- You pay, or the payment completes automatically
- The account is set up, usually within minutes for automated products
- A welcome email arrives with your login details, nameservers and server information
KEEP THAT EMAIL
It contains your cPanel details, your nameservers and your server hostname.
You will need all three.
FOR DOMAINS
Registration usually completes within minutes for most extensions.
Some extensions, including certain .ng variants, require additional checks and take longer.
FOR SSL CERTIFICATES
Issued after domain validation, which you complete during setup.
IF PAYMENT IS MANUAL
If you paid by bank transfer, send the payment details to us so the invoice can be marked paid.
Setup follows confirmation.
IF SOMETHING IS PENDING
Check Client Area > Services. The status shows Pending, Active or otherwise.
If it remains pending, open a ticket.
