It is applied to invoices automatically, or you can apply it manually.

Client Area. Your credit balance is shown on your account summary.
ADDING CREDIT
Where supported, you can add funds to your account in advance, then use them against future invoices.
Useful if you want to pay in one transaction and draw down over time.
USING IT
Applied automatically to new invoices, or selectable at checkout.
WHY IT MIGHT EXIST
You overpaid A service was cancelled and a partial refund issued as credit You deposited funds deliberately
