For most businesses that is sufficient and there is no additional cost.
Create them in cPanel > Email Accounts.

Choose the number of mailboxes and the term, add to cart, and check out.
CONFIGURATION AFTER PURCHASE
Your domain's MX records must point at the mail service.
If your DNS is with us, we can set that up. Open a ticket.
If your email moves away from hosting, the cPanel email routing setting must be changed to remote, or mail sent from your website never arrives.
We will handle that; tell us what you are doing.
