Two paths at checkout.
NEW CUSTOMER
At checkout, choose the New Customer option and enter your details.
An account is created as part of the order.
You will set a password, which becomes your Client Area login.
EXISTING CUSTOMER
Choose Existing Customer and log in.
Your details are already on file and the order is added to your account.
WHY IT MATTERS
Ordering as a new customer when you already have an account creates a second account.
Your services are then split between two accounts, which complicates billing and support.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT
Log in before ordering, at zillionkinghost.com/billing/clientarea.php
Then order from within the Client Area, and everything is added to the same account.
IF YOU CREATED A SECOND ACCOUNT BY MISTAKE
Open a ticket. We can usually move services between accounts.
Say which account should hold everything.
