cPanel sends important warnings to a contact address stored inside cPanel itself. This is separate from your billing email.
WHY IT MATTERS
The cPanel contact address receives disk quota warnings, bandwidth warnings and some security notices. If it is set to an address on the same domain the account hosts, and the account fills up, the warning may never reach you.
SETTING IT
- In cPanel open Contact Information under Preferences.
- Enter a contact email on a DIFFERENT domain, such as a Gmail or Yahoo address.
- Optionally add a second contact address.
- Tick the notifications you want to receive. Leave the disk quota and bandwidth warnings enabled.
- Click Save.

Invoices, renewal reminders and support ticket replies go to the email on your Client Area profile, not this one. Update it at https://zillionkinghost.com/billing/ under Account > Edit Account Details.
Add our sending domain to your contacts so notices do not land in spam. Missed renewal reminders are a common cause of avoidable domain expiry.
