There are two ways to reach cPanel for your ZillionKingHost account.
METHOD 1 - VIA THE CLIENT AREA (RECOMMENDED)
- Log in at https://zillionkinghost.com/billing/
- Go to Services > My Services.
- Click your hosting package.
- Click the "Login to cPanel" button.
This logs you in automatically with no password needed, and it always works even if your domain is not yet pointing at us.
METHOD 2 - DIRECT URL
https://yourdomain.com/cpanel or https://yourdomain.com:2083
Enter the cPanel username and password from your welcome email.
If your domain is not yet resolving, use the server hostname given in your welcome email instead of your domain name.
IF YOU CANNOT LOG IN
Check that you are using the cPanel username, not your billing email address. They are different accounts. Too many failed attempts will trigger the firewall and block your IP for a period. Open a ticket from the Client Area and include your current IP address (visit whatismyip.com) and we will release it. If you have forgotten the password, reset it from the Client Area rather than guessing repeatedly.
