What to include so a ticket is resolved quickly.

CHECK FIRST

cPanel > SSL/TLS Status, and click the failing domain for the stated reason. That reason is usually the answer. Test in a private browsing window, since cached certificates and redirects mislead. Run an online SSL checker for an independent view.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN A TICKET

The domain and subdomain affected The exact error message or code, copied rather than described Which browsers and devices show it, and which do not

What changed recently: a migration, a DNS change, a new plugin, a Cloudflare setting

The reason shown on the SSL/TLS Status page Whether you use Cloudflare or external DNS, and what SSL mode is set

WHY THESE MATTER

Certificate problems have a small set of causes, and those details identify which. A ticket saying "SSL not working" costs a round trip before anything can be diagnosed.

WHAT WE CAN DO

Check the certificate and chain from the server side Identify why AutoSSL validation failed Reissue or reinstall certificates Advise on redirect configuration

WHAT YOU MUST DO

Fix DNS you control, Cloudflare settings, and mixed content in your own content.
