Your site will not load until your domain's nameservers point at the server your hosting account lives on. Domains registered with us are usually set correctly from the start; domains registered elsewhere must be updated at that registrar.
Find the correct nameservers
Important: we run more than one nameserver pair, and the correct pair depends on which server your account was provisioned on. Do not copy nameservers from an old email or from another customer's site.
- Log in to the Client Area at https://zillionkinghost.com/billing/.
- Open Services → My Services and click your hosting package.
- The nameservers for your account are listed on that page and in your original welcome email — they will be either
ns3.zillionkinghost.com/ns4.zillionkinghost.comorns10.zillionkinghost.com/ns11.zillionkinghost.com.
If you are unsure, open a support ticket and we will confirm the pair for your account in minutes. Using the wrong pair leaves the domain unresolved.
Update the nameservers
- Domain registered with ZillionKingHost: Client Area → Domains → My Domains → click the domain → Nameservers → choose Use custom nameservers and enter the pair → Change Nameservers.
- Domain registered elsewhere: log in to that registrar and replace the existing nameservers with ours. The option is usually called Nameservers, DNS Settings, or Manage DNS.
Propagation
Nameserver changes typically take 1–6 hours and can take up to 24 hours worldwide. While waiting, you can preview the site by editing the hosts file on your computer, or by asking support for a temporary preview link. Clearing your browser cache does not speed up propagation.
Once the domain resolves, go to cPanel → SSL/TLS Status and run AutoSSL so the site is served over HTTPS.
