If the server's shared address is listed, it affects everyone on it, and it is ours to resolve.
HOW IT HAPPENS
An account is compromised and sends spam before the sending limit or monitoring catches it. The volume is enough to trigger a listing.
WHAT WE DO
Monitor outbound mail volumes and patterns Enforce per-account hourly sending limits Suspend accounts that are actively sending spam Identify and clean the source Request delisting from the affected blacklists Work to prevent recurrence
WHAT YOU MAY EXPERIENCE MEANWHILE
Mail to some providers delayed, filtered or bounced. Most listings are resolved within hours to a few days depending on the list.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Make sure SPF, DKIM and DMARC are correct, which materially improves how your mail is treated even during a listing Report specific delivery failures with the bounce message, which helps us confirm scope Avoid bulk sending during the period
WHAT NOT TO DO
Ordering a dedicated IP mid-incident does not help immediately, since the new address has no reputation and needs warming.
