ORDERING
Client Area > Services > My Services > click the service > Addons. Select the dedicated IP and pay.
Alternatively open a ticket describing the requirement and we will advise and arrange it.
WHAT WE WILL ASK
What you need it for. This is not an obstacle; it is so we can confirm it will actually solve your problem. A large proportion of requests are based on obsolete advice about SSL, and we would rather tell you that than take payment for something that changes nothing.
BILLING
The add-on usually adopts the parent service's billing cycle, with the first charge prorated to align the renewal dates. It then appears as a line on the same invoice.
TIMING
Allocation is usually quick, though not always instantaneous. You will be notified when the address is assigned.
BEFORE ORDERING
Confirm the requirement in writing from whoever specified it, if a third party is involved. Requirements are often less specific than they first appear, and many providers accept a shared address.
